Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team. As an SEO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and maximizing the online visibility of our website. You’ll work closely with content creators, developers, and marketers to implement effective SEO strategies and achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. SEO Strategy Development:
    • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing search terms.
    • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to maintain competitive rankings.
  2. On-Page Optimization:
    • Optimize website content, meta tags, titles, and descriptions for search engines.
    • Perform technical SEO audits and resolve issues like broken links, slow load times, and crawl errors.
    • Ensure proper implementation of structured data, canonical tags, and schema markup.
  3. Off-Page Optimization:
    • Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
    • Monitor backlink profiles and disavow toxic links when necessary.
    • Engage in online PR efforts to earn high-quality inbound links.
  4. Content Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly blog posts, articles, and web pages.
    • Provide guidance on best practices for keyword integration and user intent targeting.
  5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
    • Generate detailed SEO performance reports and provide actionable insights.
    • Set and achieve measurable goals for organic growth and lead generation.
  6. Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Work with web developers to ensure SEO requirements are met during site updates or new builds.
    • Partner with marketing teams to align SEO efforts with overall digital marketing strategies.

Required Skills and Expertise:

  • Proven experience in SEO with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Technical SEO knowledge, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture.
  • Proficiency in keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Drupal is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Google Analytics or HubSpot certification.
  • Familiarity with PPC and other digital marketing channels is a bonus.
